Religious Studies Life is hard for the snarky Atheist in me.
We have to turn in journals every Thursday in my Evangelism in America class, responding to prompts in the syllabus.
This weeks prompt is: How have evangelicals engaged in Modern Science?
AND IT’S SO DIFFICULT NOT TO BE A SNARKY ASSHOLE.
Like i’m actually having to read the articles we’re assigned so I can draw from those instead of going “hurr durr uhh they’re not bro, obviously, there’s like totally a fossil record you evolution deniers!”
but no, I actually have to learn something about the actual movement instead of just being a pompous jerk about it. Go figure right? What is this education bullshit?
